主　　旨：訂定「指定伊斯蘭（回）教忠孝節儀式中屠宰供食用之牛羊免於屠宰場屠宰」（如附件），並自即日生效。

Purpose: It is allowed to slaughter cow/bull and goat/sheep for Eid-Al-Adha in other places than slaughter houses. This article is activated from today.

依　　據：畜牧法第二十九條第一項。

指定伊斯蘭（回）教忠孝節儀式中屠宰供食用之牛羊免於屠宰場屠宰

一、指定情形：於伊斯蘭（回）教忠孝節儀式中屠宰供食用之牛、羊，申請經所在地直轄市、縣（市）政府同意，並發給證明文件者，得免於屠宰場屠宰。

       The cow/bull and goat/sheep for Eid-Al-Adha can be slaughtered in other places than slaughter houses when the application to the governing city/county government is approved with legal document.

二、前點申請，應由依法設立登記之伊斯蘭（回）教法人，於儀式舉辦七日前填具申請書，向舉辦儀式所在地直轄市、縣（市）政府提出。

       The application form should be filled and submitted to the governing city/county government by an Islamic legal entity seven days before the ceremony .
