(1) Occasions: Before we do anything, such as eating, drinking, walking, working, playing, etc.

(1) 適用場合：開始做任何事之前，例如吃、喝、走路、工作、玩樂等。

بِسْمِ اَللهِ اَلْرَّحْمَنِ اَلْرَحِيْمْ

Bis Mil La Hir Raḧ Ma Nir Ra Ḧiym

In the name of Āllah, whose grace covers everything and everyone in this life for always, the One who is sending His mercy on judgment day to His believers.

謹奉  阿拉尊名，  祂恩典澤被萬事萬物於此生恆常不變，在審判日仁慈以待信仰 祂的人 。

(2) Occasions: 1. Before going to toilet;  2. Seeking refuge in Āllah from Satan; 

3. Recite Qurān from the middle of a Suwrah;  4. When we yawn.

(2) 適用場合：1. 上廁所前；  2. 請求  阿拉保佑對抗撒旦； 

3. 從篇章中間開始念《古蘭經》時；  4. 打哈欠時。

أَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ اَلْشَّيْطَاْنِ اَلْرَّجِيْمْ

Āûw Ṯhu Biāl La Hi Mi Nash Shay Ḏa Nir Ra Jiym

I am asking Āllah to protect me from Satan,

the devil who’s got stoned.

請求  阿拉保佑我免受撒旦侵擾――

那被扔石喊打的惡魔。

(3) Occasions: 1. When we hear good news; 2. When we finish doing something (eating, etc); 3. When we reply “How are you?” 4. When we sneeze

(3) 適用場合：1. 聽到好消息；2. 做完某樣事情(吃東西等)；3.回答別人問候「你好嗎？」4. 打噴嚏時。

اَلْحَمْدُ لِله 

Āl Ḧam Du Lil Lah

We appreciate and praise Āllah.

我們對  阿拉感懷謝恩且稱頌讚美  祂。

(4) Occasion: When we feel stressful or helpless.

(4) 適用場合：壓力很大或感到無助時。

لَاْ حَوْلَ وَ لَاْ قُوَّةَ إلّاْ بِالله

La Ḧaw La Wa La Quw Wa Ta Īllā Bil Lah

Everything is surrounded by Āllah, and there is no power except from Him.

萬事萬物都被  阿拉所環繞，所有力量皆來自於  祂。

(5) Occasions: 1. When we are hurt by others (backbite, gossip, etc.); 2. When we hear bad news.

(5) 適用場合：1. 當別人傷害我們(背後中傷，謠言閒語等)；2.聽到壞消息。

حَسْبِيَ اللهُ وَ نِعْمَ اَلْوَكِيْل

Ḧas Bi Yal La Hu Wa Niâ Mal Wa Kiyl

Āllah is enough for me in everything and He is the only One I depend on.

只要有  阿拉則一切都已足夠，我只投靠仰賴  祂。

(6) Occasion: When we talk about the future or something we hope to be done.

(6) 適用場合：談到未來或我們希望成真的事情時。

إنْ شَاْءَ الله

Īn Sha Äl Lah

If Āllah wills.

如果  阿拉意欲。

(7) Occasion: 1. When someone passed away; 2. when a disaster happened to us or to others.

(7) 適用場合：1. 有人過世時；2. 災難降臨我們或其他人身上時。

إنَّا لِلهِ وَ إنَّا إلَيْهِ رَاجِعُوْنْ

Īn Na Lil La Hi Wa Īn Na Īlay Hi Raā Jiûwn

We are all from Āllah and to Him will we return.

我們皆來自  阿拉，也都將回到  祂那裡。

(8) Occasion: When we see something nice or are attracted by something.

(8) 適用場合：當我們看見美好的東西或受某樣東西所吸引。

مَاْ شَاْءَ الله, لَاْ قُوَّةَ إلّاْ بِالله

Ma Sha Äl Lah, La Qu Wa Ta Īllā Bil Lah

What Āllah wills to happen will definitely happen; there is no power except from Him.

只要是  阿拉意欲發生的事情都ㄧ定會發生，

所有力量皆來自於  祂。

(9) Occasion: When we hear or mention the names of the prophets.

(9) 適用場合：當我們聽到或提到先知名諱時。

صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ سَلَّم

Ŝal Lal La Hu Âlay Hi Wa Sal Lam

Peace be upon him.

願他得安祥。

(10) Occasion: When we are surprised at something good.

(10) 適用場合：當我們對某件好事情或某樣好東西感到驚訝讚嘆。

سُبْحَاْنَ الله

Sub Ḧa Nal Lah

All exalted be to Āllah.

一切崇高悉歸  阿拉。

(11) Occasion: When we ask Āllah for forgiveness.

(11) 適用場合：當我們請求  阿拉赦免罪愆。

أَسْتَغْفِرُ الله

Ās Tag Fi Rul Lah

I am asking Āllah for forgiveness.

請求  阿拉赦免我罪愆。

(12) Occasions: 1. When someone is arguing with us and we don’t want to argue; 2. When we are free and have nothing to do.

(12) 適用場合：1. 別人要與我們爭辯但我們不想與他爭辯時；2. 當我們閒暇沒事做時。

  لَاْ إلَهَ إلَّا اَلله

La Ī La Ha Īl Lal Lah

No God but Āllah.

除  阿拉之外別無他神。

(13) Occasions: 1. When we ask anything from Āllah (help, support, protection, etc.) 

2. When we are free and doing nothing.

(13) 適用場合：1. 當我們向  阿拉請求任何東西(援助、支持、保護等)；2. 當我們閒暇沒事做時。

سُبْحَاْنَ اللهِ وَ بِحَمْدِهِ 

Sub Ḧa Nal La Hi Wa Bi Ḧam Di Hi

All exalted and praise be to Āllah.

一切崇高與讚頌悉歸  阿拉，

سُبْحَاْنَ اللهِ اَلْعَظِيْمْ

Sub Ḧa Nal La Hil  Ṱhiym

All exalted be to Āllah, the greatest.

一切崇高悉歸  阿拉，  祂最偉大，

أَسْتَغْفِرُ الله

Ās Tag Fi Rul Lah

I am asking Āllah for forgiveness.

請求  阿拉赦免我罪愆。

(14) Occasion: When we start traveling (car, plane, train, etc.)

(14) 適用場合：當我們展開旅行時(開乘車、搭飛機、坐火車等)

اللهُ أَكْبَر,  اللهُ أَكْبَر, اللهُ أَكْبَر

Āl La Hu Āk Bar, Āl La Hu Āk Bar, Āl La Hu Āk Bar

Āllah is greater, Āllah is greater, Āllah is greater.

阿拉更偉大 ，  阿拉更偉大 ，  阿拉更偉大 。

سُبْحَاْنَ اَلَّذِيْ سَخَّرَ لَنَاْ هَذَاْ

Sub Ḧa Nal La Ṯhiy Saĥ Ĥa Ra La Na Ha Ṯha

All exalted be to the One who offered this,

祂給我們這樣東西，一切崇高悉歸於  祂，

وَمَاْ كُنَّاْ لَهُ مُقْرِنِيْن

Wa Ma Kun Na La Hu Muq Ri Niyn

and we will never be able to achieve and reach it by ourselves.

我們絕對無法憑自己能力得致這種成就並達到目地，

وَإنَّاْ إلَىْ رَبِّنَاْ لَمُنْقَلِبُوْنْ

Wa Īn Na Ī La Rab Bi Na La Mun Qa Li Buwn

And to our Lord will we go back.

我們也將回到我們的  主那裡。

(15) Occasion: Once we enter the praying when we start any praying (after saying Āllahu Ākbar).

(15) 適用場合：任何禮拜一開始時(說完Āllahu Ākbar後)。

وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِيْ فَطَرَ السَّمَاْوَاْتِ وَ اْلأرْضَ حَنِيْفَاً

Waj Jah Ttu Waj Hi Ya Lil La Thiy Fa Ḏa Ras Sa Ma Wa Ti Wal Ār Ḓa Ḧa Niy Faān

I have turned my face with total submission to the Creator of heavens and earth.

我帶著全然服從的心面向創造諸天與大地的  主，

وَمَاْ أَنَاْ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِيْنْ

Wa Ma Āna Mi Nal Mush Ri Kiyn

And I am not one of those who associate others with Āllah.

我不是那些將受造物與  阿拉等稱的人，

إنَّ صَلَاْتِيْ وَ نُسُكِيْ وَ مَحْيَاْيَ وَ مَمَاْتِيْ

Īnna Ŝa La Tiy Wa Nu Su Kiy Wa Maḧ Ya Ya Wa Ma Ma Tiy

My prayers and my practice of worshiping, my life and my death,

我的禮拜和我所做的崇拜，我的生和我的死，

لِلَّهِ رَبِّ العَاْلَمِيْنْ

Lil La Hi Rab Bil  La Miyn

All be to Āllah, the Lord of everything.

所有一切都歸向  阿拉―萬事萬物的主。

            (16) Occasion: 1. In the last rakâāt of witr after rukuwâ (stand-bowing), we have to recite this supplication; 2. in Fajr prayer, in the last rakâāt of witr after rukuwâ (stand-bowing), we can recite this supplication occasionally.

              (16) 適用場合：1. 當然拜(威特爾)最後一回鞠躬後必須唸這段祈求文；2. 晨禮最後一回鞠躬後有時可以唸這段祈求文。

اَلْلَّهُمَّ إهْدِنَا فِيْمَنْ هَدَيْتْ

Āl Lla Hu Mah Di Na Fiy Man Ha Dayt

Oh, Āllah! Guide us along with those to whom You have given guidance.

阿拉啊! 引導我們，

和那些得您引導的人一起得到引導；

وَعَاْفِنَاْ فِيْمَنْ عَاْفَيْتْ

Wa  Fi Na Fiy Man  Fayt

And make us healthy along with those to whom You have granted health.

賜予我們健康，

和那些得  您恩賜健康的人一起得到健康；

وَ تَوَلَّنَاْ فِيْمَنْ تَوَلَّيْتْ

Wa Ta Wal La Na Fiy Man Ta Wal Layt

And sponsor us along with those to whom You have offered sponsorship.

襄助我們，和那些得您襄助的人一起得到襄助；

وَ بَاْرِكْ لَنَاْ فِيْمَاْ أعْطَيْتْ

Wa Ba Rik La Na Fiy Maā Āâ Ḏayt

And bless whatever You have given to us.

且恩准無論  您賜予我們什麼東西，

都能得到  您的祝福；

وَ قِنَاْ وَصْرِفْ عَنَاْ شَرَّ مَاْ قَدَّرْتَ وَ قَضَيْتْ

Wa Qi Na Waŝ Rif Ân Na Shar Ra Ma Qad Dar Ta Wa Qa Ḓayt

And protect us and keep us away from the evil part of our destiny.

並保護我們遠離命運中所包含的邪惡部分。

فَإنَّكَ تَقْضِيْ بِالحَقِّ وَ لَاْ يُقْضَىْ عَلَيْكْ

Fa Īn Na Ka Taq Ḓiy Biāl Ḧaq Qi Wa La Yuq Ḓa  Layk

You are the judge with fairness and You will never be destroyed.

您是公正的審判者，永遠都不會遭受毀滅；

 وَإنَّهُ لَاْ يَذِلَّ مَنْ وَاْلَيْتْ

Wa Īnna Hu Laā Ya Ṯhil Lu Man Wa Layt

Anyone sponsored by You will never be disgraced.

任何人只要得  您襄助，就永遠不會蒙羞；

 وَ لَاْ يَعِزُّ مَنْ عَاْدَيْتْ

Wa La Yaîz Zu Man  Dayt

And the one You attack will never be respected.

任何人只要受  您攻擊，就永遠得不到別人尊敬。

تَبَاْرَكْتَ رَبَّنَاْ وَ تَعَاْلَيْتْ

Ta Ba Rak Ta Rab Ba Na Wa Ta  Layt

All respect and highness be to You, our Lord.

所有尊敬與一切恩榮悉歸於  您，我們的  主；

فَلَكَ الحَمْدُ عَلَىْ مَاْ قَضَيْتْ

Fa La Kal Ḧam Du  La Ma Qa Ḓayt

All praise be to You for all You have arranged for us.

對於  您所為我們安排的一切，所有讚頌悉歸於  您；

نَسْتَغْفِرُكَ رَبَّنَاْ وَنَتُوْبُ إلَيْكْ

Nas Tag Fi Ru Ka Rab Ba Na Wa Na Tuw Bu Ī Layk

We are asking You for forgiveness, and to You shall we repent.

我們求  您饒恕，我們向  您懺悔；

وَصَلِّ اَلْلَّهُمَّ عَلَىْ مُحَمَّدٍ

Wa Ŝal Lil Lla Hum Ma  La Mu Ḧam Ma Den

And send Your blessings and greetings upon Muhammad,

求  您將祝福與問候帶給穆罕默德，

وَعَلَىْ آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَ سَلِّم

Wa  La Ā Li Hi Wa Ŝaḧ Bi Hi Wa Sal Lim

And upon his family and companions.

還有他的家人和友伴。

(17) Occasion: Before sexual intercourse.

(17) 適用場合：夫妻交合前。

أَعُوْذُ بِاللهِ مِنَ اَلْشَّيْطَاْنِ اَلْرَّجِيْمْ

Āûw Thu Biāl La Hi Mi Nash Shay Ḏa Nir Ra Jiym

I am asking Āllah to protect me from Satan,

اَلْلَّهُمَّ جَنِّبْنَاْ الشَّيْطَاْنْ

Āl Lla Hum Ma Jan Nib Nash Shay Ḏan

Oh, Āllah! Protect us from Satan.

阿拉啊！保佑我們遠離撒旦，

وَ جَنِّبِ الشَّيْطَاْنَ مَاْ رَزَقْتَنَاْ

Wa Jan Ni Bish Shay Ḏa Na Ma Ra Zaq Ta Na

And keep Satan away from

what you have provided for us.

並請讓撒旦遠離  您準備好要給我們的東西。
