Text Box: Q2: When we are fasting, can we have an injection? 封齋時可以打針嗎？ A: To have an injection of medicine or vaccine does not break the fast, but an intravenous (IV) injection of fluids (eg. saline) or nutrients (eg. glucose) does. 封齋時可以注射藥劑或疫苗，但靜脈注射補充水分(例如：食鹽水)或打營養針(例如：葡萄糖)則會使當天齋戒無效。 A Muslim should stop fasting in order to receive proper medical treatment when necessary. 穆斯林必要時應當為了接受醫療而停止齋戒。
