Text Box: Q1: According to Islam, is it allowed for Muslim females to sing, dance, or play musical instruments? 根據伊斯蘭，穆斯林女性是否可以唱歌、跳舞和演奏樂器？ A: According to Islam, music and dance are allowed, no matter to males or to females, as long as these actions will not cause themselves or others to do things against Islam. 根據伊斯蘭，無論對男性或女性而言，音樂和舞蹈如果不會引起自身或他者去做違反教法的事，則都是允許的。 Regarding Muslim females, it is allowed for them to sing in public as long as it will not cause themselves or others to do things against Islam. However, dancing in public is not allowed for females except in front of females only or males in front of whom they need not wear hijab. In both occasions, they should be properly dressed according to Islam. 對穆斯林女性而言，只要她們的歌唱不會引起自身或他者去做違反教法的事，就可以在公開場合唱歌。然而，在公開場合跳舞仍是不允許的，除非觀眾都是女性或是不需在他們面前戴頭巾的男性。上述情況都必須根據伊斯蘭教法穿著。 Regarding Muslim males, they can sing, dance and play musical instruments in public under the condition that their playing, singing, or dancing do not cause sexual seductions to others, no matter in thought or in action. 對穆斯林男性而言，他們可以在公開場合唱歌、跳舞和演奏樂器，前提是他們在彈奏、演唱或跳舞時不應對其他人造成性的誘惑(無論引發遐想或產生行為)。。 Muslim females can play musical instruments in public as long as they are properly dressed according to Islam. However, those who play, sing, or dance with them on the same stage should not have actions against Islam either, such as belly dancing or singing obscene songs. Generally, occasions like opera or concert which do not cause sexual seductions are allowed. 女性要在大庭廣眾之下演奏樂器的話，只要有戴頭巾且穿戴得宜就可以，但與她同台演奏、演唱或跳舞的人不應有違反教法的作為，像是有人同台跳肚皮舞或唱一些靡靡之音的歌就不行，一般像是歌劇或音樂會這些不會造成性引誘的場合是可以的。
